"This lovely apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary kitchen equipment to have this be your home away from home. We prepared many meals here also using the brand new bbq. "Communication was great, and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. Without a car, the small grocery store is just a quick 15 minute walk. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase, so just make sure you can navigate this. The beach chairs and umbrella that were available were well appreciated. Violas is a very convenient and fun place place to dine."

"The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

"The property was nice but check in was bad. I was hit by the door on the way in. No one provided ice and there was no sympathy at all. My hand was red from the automatic door that shut on me. The person at the front told me she would provide a form to fill out but never did. Not a great way to start off a vacation."

"We enjoyed our stay here, we're foodie individuals and felt the dining options could of been a little better. We did enjoy the jerk pork. The welcome drinks was amazing, and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to Atlantis... walked by the marina so beautiful seeing the different yachts and the scenery at night. The little addition of the pool and ping pong table was fun, various games available too. Overall, hubby and I had great time and relaxed. "
