We were pleased wit hotel room. Th review was wonderful. It was nice to be 7 miles outside of Cooperstown because the drive to town was so pleasant!

The room was very small, but cozy. The overhead light fixture flickered sporadically. Plenty of towels and blankets provided. Bathroom was very clean. Wish that there was breakfast available on site. Overall, very comfortable stay on a gorgeous lake!

Compfy little motel on the lake
Very nice & off season so pretty quiet. Check in was friendly, quick & easy. It’s very comfortable but it is a motel & nothing fancy but they had everything we needed

Quaint little place off he beaten path. Very reasonable rates. Stayed in a Hilton the night before and would recommend the Lake N Pines 10 time over the other. If you are going to Baseball Hall of Fame, this is the place to stay. You will thank me for recommending it. 5 stars all the way.

First I would like to mention how friendly and nice the staff was from check in til check out!! The property is a little old but our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and was very nice. We had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. The property is beautiful with picnic tables, hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool and grills. Beautiful lake!! The only drawback was there is no place around to eat you have yo go all the way back into town to eat. We lost power one night and it was pitch black! The wifi is spotty but we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. I would stay agsin!!

My room had a terrible odor that they had tried to cover with a very smelly cleaning product. They would not consider moving me to an l therroom .they did not care that I have adthma and this was a health issue. I was forced to leave and a refund was refused.

Pleasant surprise
Pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the room. Would definitely come back again. Beds were comfortable too. And it was very clean. Loved the fact that the outdoor pool was heated.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was clean, welcome friendly amd the location was super to get to the Glimmerglass Festival on our 3 day visit. We did not use the pool or the lake facilities during our stay because we were too busy enjoying Cooperstown sites.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort and room were very well taken care of, and comfortable. If I had 1 possible improvement opportunity it would be a better Wifi signal or coverage.

We loved that we could swim in Lake Otsego right in front of the motel. Delightful and much better option than the small outdoor pool full of noisy children! The sauna was nice too. We will definitely stay there again when attending the Glimmerglass festival, walking distance away.

Great brief stay, highly recommended!
We stayed for two nights and would go back again. We did not need to avail ourselves of housekeeping given the brief stay, but he room was very clean; we loved the lake view, used the pool, did the Hall of Fame and other fun things - the location was convenient. All in all, a good experience.

The hotel location is great in proximity to Cooperstown. The rates are high, as all rates in the summer. The view was beautiful from the room if you have a lake-facing view, and there is great seating areas with views closer to the lake. The staff was excellent. The room was decent. However, there was a noticeable, irritating smell. I'm not sure if the smell was the attempt to cover another smell but it made for unpleasantness. The hotel should remove the carpet from the rooms and replace with luxury vinyl. All in all, I would go back.

It's important to state that our room and the facility were extremely CLEAN(!), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and the pools were terrific. Our "average" review stems primarily from that lack of any internet or wifi access, which was crippling for our stay. The resort advertises and promotes that it has internet and full wifi access; this is inaccurate at best. My wife & I had relatively NO access to the wifi or internet, and with terrible cell coverage, we were paralyzed in regard to doing any remote work. We own our own business and work remotely year-round, so this was devastating. We would not return to this hotel based on this fact alone.

Nice, clean but beware of pool
Great place in terms of location, affordability, and cleanliness. However, please do some thing about the steps in your outdoor pool. They are very slippery. They have no rubber on them for traction. I fell getting into the pool and so did 2 others. I now have a huge bruise on my hip. A couple of dollars in preventative now will save you a lawsuit in the long run. Other than that I highly recommend.
