Summary: This quaint efficiency cabin sits on 45 acres. Sleeps four people. There is a double bed and a full size futon. This getaway has everything you need and more: one bathroom, microwave oven, small refrigerator, hot plate, kitchen sink, table and chairs, satellite television, small gas grill, fireplace heater, air condition window unit and satellite television with Blu-ray player. Linens, towels, cookware and tableware provided. The property is beautiful with rolling hills and access to Cane Creek. Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 3 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Other Things to Note: This cabin is the most secluded of the 3 cabins on the property, however it sets down from the road which can be seen during the fall and winter season where the leaves have fallen from the trees. You may hear a little road traffic but should not affect your stay.
