We had a lovely last minute break at Chestnut luxury lodge with our dog. It was quiet and relaxing, spotless. Exceptional hospitality and communication from Billy and team, all the wonderful extras coffee pods & tea coffee box and cleaning essentials boxes were great. India loved her break and treats too and the warm welcome. The hot tub was amazing. The lodge was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the ice cream and waffles from the visiting catering van on the...

A lovely hotel which was recently renovated. The staff are brilliant and super helpful. Although we did not use the restaurant it looked very good. There was a beautiful cocktail bar too.
Our room was on the 4th floor and reached by a gorgeous old lift complete with seats!! The room itself was a little shabby in parts but the views were magnificent. Bathroom was large and very nice. Excellent coffee in the rooms and they all come with access to Netflix etc.
Would definitely stay here again....

I chose to stay here for two nights while I was visiting Glyndebourne. Carol and Ceri were so friendly and welcoming. They took such good care of me and made sure that I wanted for nothing. The room I was given was large and extremely comfortable with a private bathroom that overlooked the beautiful
garden. Breakfast was always delicious and served in the conservatory. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !
I cannot fault this hotel in ANY way - we stayed for 2 nights ( having done a day trip to France via the Euro Tunnel ) and absolutely LOVED it ! ( and would most DEFINITELY come back again )
The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool were AMAZING, as was the breakfast ! - ALL you could possibly want ASWELL I as a cooked English ! What more could you ask for ?
If you were to ask me to sum this hotel up in 1 word it would be -
PERFECT !
