"Hotel was under construction and no fitness center was available. Otherwise, extremely well located. The room was small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again."

"First off, the location was perfect for our trip. Traditionally we have stayed in Times Square but this location was much more convenient. With that, our first room had an overwhelming smell of mildew. We had to change rooms on day 2. The second room was not much better, A/C struggled and almost of the electrical outlets in the room were not functioning. Transferring rooms was a hassle so we just stuck with it for the next 2 days."

"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming either. Would not stay in this hotel in the future. "

"Extremely good price for the room and location. Love the lobby bar. There's often live music going on down there, and it's just a really cool atmosphere to be in when you're checking into a hotel. The bar itself is very good. The bartenders are stellar. And it's so close to so many great restaurants."

"We had booked a deluxe room in the hotel and overall it was very nice. What I liked the best about it is that it is in the heart of Times Square so everything is a bit more accessible by walking distance (Central Park, the different buildings, ...). We didn't have time to take advantage of all the services that they had to offer so when they charged a mandatory $40 USD fee + tax for every day we stayed I thought it was quite unfair. In terms of the actual cleanliness of the room, it was alright. I liked the bathroom since it was spacious and had a big mirror. Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel as long as you are also able to make use of the daily fee."
