"Great location in NYC and rooms were clean and spacious. I wish there would have been a coffeemaker in the room and a dorm size fridge (the one we had was super tiny and wouldn't hold more than a small bottle of water). Easy check in and check out process and they offered to hold our bags for us after checkout."

"Muy buen hotel agradable ambiente solo que la bañera ocupa atención ya que es inevitable el escurrimiento de agua atravesar de la puerta de cristal. Nos quedamos dos noches, la primera todo perfecto pero la segunda todo un cahos, estábamos muy cansados y las alarmas se encendieron a la 1:00 am. salimos como los demás a los pasillos y en el altavoz dicen que es situación bajo investigación por lo que después dicen que todo está bien. Por esa parte bien. Pero después de eso dos veces más en diferente hora... La verdad algo molesto. Y sin decir que de escuchaba música hasta las 6 de la madrugada sin parar. Te aconsejo que te hospedes en los primeros pisos."
