"As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work conference the next day. I still have not gotten any contact from management regarding fixing this situation and Hilton itself is not willing to give reinvestment for the value of the clothes that it ruined . Which is upsetting as a loyal Hilton member."
"Towrls were thon, stringy and grey not white. Bed spread dingy and sheets stained. Only two pillows and the sheets and thin beadspread. No blanket. The front desk gave these two girls w a fog the wrong door and they knocked on my door. Then the cops came to the motel for someone. The water pressure was a trickle and the toilet didnt flush"
"Property is being remolded which I wasn’t aware of. Room was very outdated and the black out drapes are old and not black out drapes. There’s a huge gap on the side of the drapes that someone can clearly see through the window from the outside. The only way to close the gap is tape the drapes to the wall or close the drapes into the door. "

Inside was clean, roomy, functional. The bed was comfortable.
My only question, though not necessarily a complaint, was no shampoo, etc ?

"Everything was great with our stay. It was clean, a great view, and perfect location to see and do whatever you desire in NorCal. The communication was excellent as was the check in/out procedure. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in NorCal. "
