"First they forgot to mention that they didn't have warm water till you got there. The tub handle had to be reattached. There was old clothing hanging in bathroom, the jetted tub was useless without hot water, and was dirty. There was mold under the cushion of room chair. The trash can still had trash ..."

"Staff was awesome and friendly . Yet sadly the facility was kind of bad. The second floor ground was uneven and dirty. Even though the top was no smoking. Guests on the bottom were. Meaning you could still smell that terrible second hand smoke."
