"At first when we arrived, from the outside I felt a bit received as it looked very different to the pictures. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."

"This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly. "Accommodation was basic but adequate for our stay. Close to main town of St Jean and tram/bus routes. Room clean but very hot despite not turning on the heating and it being November. The water tank was directly above the toilet which was hazardous but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Our only real grumble was the neighbour above us allowed their toddler to continually run up and down at night and this often kept us awake until they finally got the child to bed! "
