Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.

Clean, modern apartments behind a historic facade in the st michel university district in short walking distance of main street with all amenities you need and tram stops. Apartments have outlook onto lovely quiet planted courtyards. Staff were very helpful and the complex seemed to have all the amenities you would need should you want to use them. Great little pool

Beautiful old building in the heart of old bordeaux. Large, comfortable room. Walking distance to all of the old town and riverfront. I will stay here again.

My wife, daughter (5 years), and I had a wonderful stay at Les Séraphines, and would highly recommend to all types of travellers, for either a family holiday, short city break or business trip. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. We had a private sun deck with a jacuzzi. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Meal options are good and interesting plus available on a Monday evening.

A funky modern hotel 50mins by bus from centre of Bordeaux in Saint Mellard en Jalles. Friendly, helpful staff with clean functional 3 star rooms and eating places within walking distance.

Awesome hotel. Helpful staff. Everything was great, but two things: the breakfast buffet eggs are just warm, not hot, and the bacon undercooked. The rest of the breakfast is impressive...they just need a couple of adjustments. The other thing is that while the air conditioning in the room is great during the day, it seems to be less good during the night, making our sleep hot and uncomfortable. I'm guessing they are doing some cost-saving at night. Not good in a heatwave.

Great location for the station - it's literally right across the (car free) street. There's a brasserie next door for breakfast / lunch / dinner. In fact there are several decent places to eat all along the street. It's an Ibis so my room was small but it was clean, had a comfortable queen bed, cold a/c and a TV with several English language channels available. The bathroom was again small, but the shower was decent and enough towels and toiletries were provided. Really good value for money...
