I the single worst customer service interaction of my life at this hotel. Rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. They have a bug problem that they admit to and don't fix.
I went to take a shower...no shower curtain or towels. I called the front desk. Girl who answered says I need to come get one at the front desk..I asked if she could bring it up and she hung up on me. I called back and and asked again...she says she will bring it up. 15 minutes later...no shower curtain. I went downstairs..no one at the front desk. I go back to my room and call the front desk several times. No answer. 25 minutes pass, no shower curtain. I call the front desk again, new girl answers. I explain the situation...she says I have to come down and get it...she says front desk worker isn't allowed to leave the front desk (I was just down there....no one there). I asked who was putting up the shower curtain...her reply "you don't know how?" I couldn't believe it. Then she follows with "I am not housekeeping".
I go downstairs again...get the shower curtain and ask why they are being so rude. Again, she says, "I am not housekeeping....and it's not that much of an inconvenience (for me to do the job of the hotel)." I also told her we needed towels...I got a really dirty look and she went to get towels. Didn't have any at the front desk. So she left to get them (I thought she couldn't leave the front desk?).
Not once was there an apology or the slightest care bout the situation. GARBAGE HOTEL
