"Lovely stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really convenient for The Royal Concert Hall for someone with limited mobility. Whole hotel is a little tired, but was clean and facilities were excellent. The bathroom in the room was well proportioned but the toilet was situated under a grab rail which made it virtually inaccessible for a larger person, sitting sideways was the only option. The restaurant was lovely, but was under staffed, there only appeared to be one (lovely, helpful) waiter trying to deal with the whole restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though if you came down towards the end there was less choice. Have been to other hotels in this chain that were slightly more up to date, this one could perhaps do with a bit of a boost."

"Room had a vaguely familiar musty smell and the window was open. I took a shower and then realised that the entire carpet was soaking wet, hence the smell. The carpet has obviously been washed (badly) and the window left open on an attempt to dry it. Couldn't be bothered arguing about it so I just left and stayed somewhere else."
