"Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Our room was next to the lift so we could hear that going up and down throughout the night. The location was great. Views overlooking the castle and a few minutes walk into the city. Staff on reception weren't particularly friendly."

"Staff were amazing and very helpful. Had the room ready for us at 12.30 because they knew how busy it was going to be they wanted all rooms ready. They even brought a travel cot to the room for us after requesting only 5 minutes earlier. Right in the centre. Very good price for where it was located. Parking also good but gets very busy quickly so would recommend getting there before check in."
