You'll feel at home in this renovated first story flat! Spacious & open floorpan w large windows & plenty of sunshine. You'll enjoy the new kitchen, w stainless appliances & breakfast bar w barstools to enjoy your complimentary Keurig coffee! Large bedroom w luxury king-sized bed. Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. Are you ready for some football? 7 min to Ohio Stadium/The Horseshoe! Go Buckeyes!

The space:
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a sleek glass tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice fenced backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

Guest access:
You'll have your own private entrance to your apartment, and there are shared laundry facilities and printer access in the basement. It is shared with the other three units. There is a cute fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture, grill and hot tub to relax in-this will be shared for all four units.

Other things to note:
There is private parking off street in the lot in the rear of the building as well as free on street parking right in front of the building.
