"Positives-Staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the night staff who helped with the constant slamming doors we were hearing from the guest above us. Food was good, typical continental breakfast. And there really are tons of things for kids to do. Playground inside is nice.
Downsides-kids not allowed in hot tub. Pool cold and some of my kids would not stay in it due to temperature. Very outdated rooms. Noise in poolside room was very loud. Constant slamming doors...
