The pictures seemed better. The suite was not dirty (although the shower was not clean), but it was dated overall, which did not make us feel comfortable. The staff members were friendly.

When getting out of the bathtub,I stepped out onto the bath mat and fell. There is no grip to the tile flooring and the mat slid under my feet. Ironically, I had a handicapped room. Not safe for me- not safe for someone handicapped. I did not report it to the front desk at check out because the gentleman barely spoke English.

I'm sorry to hear about your fall in the bathroom. It's concerning that the tile flooring lacked grip, especially in a room designated for accessibility. Safety should always be a top priority, especially in accommodations intended for individuals with special needs. While it's understandable that you didn't report the incident due to communication barriers, it's important to bring such issues to the attention of the hotel management, as they may not be aware of the safety hazards present in the room. Providing feedback allows us to take necessary actions to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you,

Stayed here on a work trip, it’s a solid hotel for the business traveler. Well kept, quiet and comfortable. Lobby is nice and so is the breakfast.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and pleasant. The only thing that turned me off was that there was a bottle of Evian water on the table when I arrived. I noticed that there was a tag on the bottle that said if it were used there would be a charge added to the bill of 5 dollars. Now, 5 dollars isn't a big deal but it was the principle of the matter. Why put it on the table??????

Dog friendly and quiet
We brought our dog, so they were able to give us a room on the first floor right next to the outside door, it was perfect for us. Even being right next to the door, it was quiet in our room.

Just ok
The good: No signs of bed bugs, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious. The bad: It seemed understaffed. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, the bathroom sink didn’t have hot water, and there was a banging from the mechanical area off and on all night making it hard to sleep. Some of the seat coverings were worn and shredding and when we asked if the trash could be removed we were told it would be but it was not.

Great hotel
Great staff very clean. Bed was pretty comfy not to bad the pull our couch was really uncomfortable as expected. But other than that it was clean and good stay!

so-so experience
the pool was very small, very shallow and very cold. It hadn't been cleaned overnight. The suite was spacious and well appointed but the hideabed was not comfortable, the mattress didn't fit and left the head of the bed slanted downward.

Spent two nights with other family. Large spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable hotel. Lots of hot and cold breakfast options. Pool and elevator were in working condition. My brother's room had a thermostat issue that was repaired the next morning.
