"A great relaxing stay with the best views out there.One of the best parts was having our boat right next door to the Casita.Equally impressive was having the Dolphins turn up every day at least twice a day.Perfect place thats all i can say.Thank you Cookie."

"New ownership. Didn't even have their sign up yet. Very friendly staff. Room was clean enough but white bath towel had black stains on it. Caulking in bathroom looked like a five year old did it. Bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and give them a little time to update and this will be nice. I would stay here again."

"The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room."

"The room was subpar it smelled like someone had been in there before we checked in. I had tried to check in early and I was rudely told I had to wait till 3 but when I went in there the lady was checking in someone at 11:30 am so why couldn’t I pay the $20 early check in fee but if they want to keep customers they should definitely remodel their rooms and get better air conditioners and better linen because the towels were filthy and the housekeepers need to mop the floors better because the steam from the shower is going to tell on them for not mopping"
