"Flat is on a code and the code we were given didn’t work. This was sorted with an email and phone call The flat is basic but clean although there is a strange smell in the downstairs hallway. There was no hot water on the Saturday which was poor and not sorted that day so had to have a cold shower. The water was working on Sunday thankfully."
