Really friendly staff, very easy to do everything and enjoyed the hotel. Didn't find the dinner food excellent, but the restaurant otherwise ran really well, with the staff being excellent.

Great hotel
The staff were very friendly and helpful . I thought id lost my key to my car and they looked everywhere for me .( daftlyi had them in my jcket pocket😂) . I would highly recommend this hotel and he spa was lovely better than others i av paid to go in . The only thing is th curtains are thin , but overall i will come back here definitely in the future. Thanks to all the staff

Fantastic view from balcony
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was so relaxing and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately didn't get to use spa facilities due to our walks being longer than expected so cannot comment on those facilities! Would definately visit this hotel again!

A lovely stay at the foot of the Gran Paradiso
The hotel is beautifully decorated in a classic old world style and filled with antiques and has a lot of character. The spa is good and has piping hot sauna and Turkish bath. The place is immaculately clean, rooms large and comfortable and staff warm friendly and attentive. The bar is very nice although drink prices seemed a little high relatively. Restaurant on the other hand is good value and a good experience with old fashioned style fine dining and good service. The food however is just average, especially for Italy and a little dated in conception, although for us that was all part of the charm. Breakfast buffet was beautifully presented, but very continental style with few more international options and an emphasis on cakes and sweets. A toaster for the bread would be a useful addition.

Short Break in Cogne
The suites in this hotel are beautifully decorated with fantastic bathrooms and mountain views. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The six course evening meal is fantastic value at 35 euros per head and top quality. Use of the spa facilities after a long day hiking in the mountains is an excellent bonus. Can't wait to go back again soon.

Just a wonderful stay
The hotel is charming and comfortable, and the columned pool and two saunas (wet and dry) in the basement are a delight. The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location couldn't be better and the parking on sight was very convenient. Every element in the hotel -- from the bar area to the hallway decorations -- is elegant and refined but not stuffy in the least. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Weekend di relax in hotel spettacolare

Hotel di alto livello per servizi e gentilezza.
Tutti i servizi sono di alto livello e curati nei dettagli. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel e molto piacevoli le camere con una vista davvero eccezionale. Da provare la SPA e l'ottima cena al ristorante interno. In questo hotel professionalità e gentilezza si uniscono per rendere la permanenza una esperienza speciale.

Magnifique hôtel mais personnel pas agréable!
Nous avions une grande attente pour ce séjour car on nous avait vanté la beauté de cet hôtel. C'est vrai qu'il est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre chambre et la décoration très originale et chaleureuse de l'hôtel. Le Spa est lui aussi extraordinaire. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par l'accueil à la réception. Le personnel ne parlait pas français, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing dans cette région. La réceptionniste s'est moqué de mon mari qui ne parle pas très bien anglais. Lors du petit-déjeuner, le responsable de salle devait s'occuper de l'accueil, aider au service du buffet et du service. Il était très stressé et ce n'était pas agréable de le voir s'agiter et parler fort.... Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans cet hôtel en raison du personnel qui n'était vraiment pas chaleureux.

Très bel établissement de charme. Au premier coup d’œil, on a une impression de vieux... mais on comprend vite que ce n’est que du positif, du bien fait, du « cosy ». Un merveilleux moment passé dans ce bel établissement.

Très agréable séjour à 1500m hôtel très romantique en plein centre du charmant village de Cogne Accueil parfait chambre très confortable avec une vue époustouflante sur le glacier devant une superbe prairie dîner à la hauteur. Dommage que nous ne soyons restés sûune nuit mais pour raisons cardiaques l’altitude ne m’est pas trop recommandée

Hotellet er indrettet som et lille renæssanceslot med mange herskabelige detaljer. Selv rengøringspersonalet går rundt i renæssancetøj. De kommer iøvrigt på værelserne to gange om dagen. Morgen og Aften. Vi havde fået et godt værelse med balkon med udsigt til bjergene. Badeværelset er moderne og rummeligt, men toilettet sidder alt for højt, så højt at almindelige voksne mennesker knap kan nå gulvet. Meget ubekvemt. Der er en dejlig have med masser af liggestole. Et godt spa-område med bl.a. en kæmpe whirlpool, dampbad m.m. Man kan også få god massage. Restauranten er meget hyggelig, og der er rigtig gode stole. Man spiser godt. Kokken er meget kreativ. Det er små portioner, det kan jeg godt lide. Jeg kan anbefale den tre-retters menu med mange valgmuligheder. Hertil salat og dessert buffet for ialt 35 euro. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om - der er alt for mange kager. Brødet er tørt, men det er jo sådan italienere kan lide det. Der er gratis parkering i kælderen under hotellet. Vi boede her i 3 dage, det var et rigtig dejligt ophold.
