The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend that this is a MUST stay. Just remember to reach out to hotel before going to reserve a parking spot as there are only two dedicated to the hotel. We were lucky as we went on a Sunday afternoon and found a spot in front of the hotel that is paid to the city. Fabulous hotel and I will stay there again on my next trip to Braşov.
