Excellent holiday! Very attentive staff, amazing breakfast and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle and we rented the ski equipment from the hotel at a reduced rate. Little one really enjoyed the play area. It made for a wonderful family holiday

The rooms were spaceious, clean and offered beautiful viewes of the surrouning area and as a bonus our room has a private sauna! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Ammenaties included a pool, hot tub, kids play area, spa. My wife took advantage of a spa day while my son enjoyed the kids play area!

The staff at the front desk was amazing, and helped each time we had questions, and very accommodating with all our requests. Breakfast was by far the best i have had in a very long time, and the staff were very attentive to make sure everything was refilled very quick. The restaurant had the best mici, and the staff was very friendly and definitely there for customer satisfaction. I have nothing but good reviews about this place, from the front desk staff to the spa personnel, the housekeeping, everything was excellent service.

Great potential but needs more care

The rooms need renovating and a fresh touch urgently. The Sauna in the room was having strong unpleasant smell coming from the sewage and the shower head was very old. The hotel itself is very cute and the Spa is great for Family with Kids. My daughter absolutely loved it. With a bit more care for details and maintenance the Hotel could definitely impress more and to be honest, it's so easy to just care a bit more than they currently do. The potential is there but for the price per room, I expect them to level up a bit.

Second stay at this hotel. The Good. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff. The Bad. The screws sticking up inside the room meant you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The Ugly. The cheap, noisy, trashy atmosphere in and around the hotel. Drunks arguing at 0200hrs next door, blood trail from the ground floor to the second floor, and competition between neighbouring venues as to who could play the loudest, oddest, trashiest music as late as possible.

Good Value - Needs Some Minor Improvements

Overall great experience. But there are some things that were really weird. 1.) Breakfast was unfortunately just not fresh. Old vegetables and fruit. Considering the price, this can be significantly improved. 2.) The fitness studio should be available 24 hrs. It is very hard to believe this studio is only open from 9am - 9pm. If traveling with family, this is really difficult to get some sports in before the kids wake up. 3.) The towel cards. If you lose your towel cards, the hotel charges you 50 euro. This is such an odd concept for a hotel. If you want to use the pool, the hotel should provide support to do so, and not leave it in the hands of the guest whom is paying for the service. 4.) Rooms are super cool, but the bathrooms are a bit moldy. Other than that, it was a great experience. Staff in general were good, particularly the restaurant staff.
