The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. "Property was updated, clean. Property has a nice pool and hot tub and is close to the beach. We walked to Gregory’s for dinner and comedy night. Good fun. "

"Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community. "
