Clean apartment with a fresh look inside. Communication with Chelsea was excellent. Road noise could be disturbing if staying in apartments 1-4. I was in a back one, ground floor. It’s better the closer to the beach one can get. At night, the deck is not lighted. Making the it difficult to identify and navigate. Over all. Would stay again and recommend

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

Excellent stay! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay another couple days. Clean, perfect location, full kitchen, beach chairs and towels.
