"Great location and the Home was perfect for what we needed."

"Lovely property "

"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"My bridesmaids and I stayed at Badgers Cottage on my wedding eve and they stayed on through the weekend. It was the perfect setting for getting ready on my wedding morning with lots of light and just a comfortable space. The outside area is gorgeous and the whole place is done to a very high standard. I only wish I'd had more time to relax and enjoy it!I did have a small booking issue going via VRBO with a discrepancy between what VRBO said I owed and the company said. VRBO sent me round in...

"The property was wonderful with a great location. The home is beautifully updated with modern conveniences but is comfortable and still maintains charm."

"Excellent stay. Perfect for a girls night away. 10 of us were more than comfortable. Host was exceptional. Whenever we had queries, they responded straight away. This beautiful home comes highly recommended. "

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"The hosts did a great job with setting up the room for my partner's birthday after I discussed the plan with them, and it looked so magical. The little house is definitely small but perfectly formed, with everything you need, even a small ironing board. The location was really close to the sea and the Canoe Lake Park and only a 10-minute drive to Gunwharf Quays. The TV worked really well, and there was no need to faff around with logging into your own streaming services because the house had its...

"Great host and lovely home! "

"An amazing place to stay and an amazing property to stay in"

"Very easy to access the house, extremely well equipped, bed’s comfortable. Swimming pool lovely and warm"

"Lovely confortable accommodation, within easy walking distance to the beach and local pub in West Wittering."

"The room was clean, however the fan was dirty, blinds were broken. Walking into the property there was an open room full of clutter and mess, immediately in the hallway was what seemed to be a rolled up amount of carpet, and a house a dog that wasn’t disclosed on the listing. Bathroom functionality was poor as the shower dial was practically falling off of the wall and instructions were unclear on how to turn it off, worst bit was the shelf was covered in empty shampoo bottles and what looked to...

"The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic."
