"I spent 4 nights with my doughter in a renovated room, we enjoyed every second of our stay. Room service was super and the staff so welcoming and warm, fare price and great coffee at desk as well as in the room... Will definitely come again, highly recommend. Although in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Surprisingly our stay wasnt effected by it.."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Location was great- it was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute leisurely walk down the Thames to Westminster. I'd highly suggest the hop on hop off tours. They all pick up in that area. When leaving the hotel we were always greeted by friendly helpful staff. Taxis were there waiting, but word of advice- they are very expensive. Fare was 26💷 to go about 1 mile. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they are not budget friendly. I suggest traveling out of the area for food. The room was immaculate. Wonderful bathroom- rain shower/ handheld sprayer option. Water pressure and temperature was great. My only complaint is the lighting stays pretty dim. Speaking the lighting, the room has a cool feature with all the controls on one pad. Automatic opening/ closing the blinds, different lighting features (the "mood" feature was a cool twist). On the downside, the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. Mattress was super thin and every time someone moved it made loud noises. There was a hairdryer and iron/ironing board which was nice. The room service food was also pretty good and a good option if you don't feel like leaving. I would definitely stay there again! "

"The room we had was a pleasant surprise considering the age of the hotel. There was a few w&t marks in the room; but generally speaking it was ok. Fortunately the AC in our room was working, which wasn't the case for other that I spoke to. The staff were excellent especially in the Vicinity bar/restaurant, always very helpful. The location of the hotel is it's main selling point"

"Great location for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, but sometimes not enough staff at reception. The business centre, however, is still terrible. Only one computer was working and the issue of being able to access airline websites or emails is ongoing and nothing seems to have been done about it over the last few years. Not what one would expect of a Sofitel standard. "

"We loved the Claremont Hotel. It’s chic and lovely and so well located just two blocks from Buckingham Palace. It is next to the Victoria Undergeound and Train station so transportation to and from the hotel was simple. We took the underground to the airport and to Wimbledon. The room was spacious and super comfortable. We loved the water available in the lobby and the friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The hotel has three restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay in London. We’ll be back! "
