"The hotel is in a great location, convenient to many of the Auckland attractions, practically next door to the sky tower. All the staff were very pleasant. Our room felt like it was remodeled but still had some attributes that seemed old, like the bath tub, trim work, doors, etc. The elevators are really high-tech, the restaurant is large and the one dinner we had was veg good but breakfast was a flop with cold food that should be hot (or at least warm) like the scrambled eggs, pancakes & French toast, messes in the flour & only one person making espresso."

"From the moment I pulled up at valet park to the moment I left I felt like a valued cutomer. Every staff member was helpful. Lovely hotel. I didn't get hcance to eat in the restaurant or the bar but I will next time."

"Cordis was a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The surprising touches for my birthday were absolutely lovely and the cake was tasty! The facilities were clean and spacious, most loved the spa pool, wonderfully hot and the showers were clean too use after. It was also close to the cbd just around the corner from KRd. Would definitely recommend to stay."
