Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"Lovely clean comfortable suite. Entry was easy and Michele was very responsive if we needed anything. Only a short stroll from Quattro Canti but on a quieter end of via Maqueda near the university. Some lovely little bars and restaurants just a few steps from the door. Soundproof windows and air conditioning were also very welcome. Enjoyed the views from the balcony."
