"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

Carrying luggage up and down was very challenging particularly as Torquay is not the kind of resort that attracts younger guests. Street parking is a lottery with not sufficient spaces for the large number of apartments.
