Hotel room and location was perfect. Really nice breakfast area overlooking a garden. Only downside was my requests for a crib was twice ignored and even then I got a broken crib

Spacious room, clean, rooms been modernised. Hallways could do with some renovations

Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

Lovely hotel. Food was fine. Only negative was train line in the rear of the building. Bedrooms are too close and a bit noisy early doors. Ask for a front facing bedroom.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Wonderful friendly hotel in an idyllic setting. I wonder why I have never heard of Lytham. It's the best kept town that I have ever seen, anywhere in the world - OK, maybe on a par with Kyoto in Japan!

We booked this hotel as it was the only place that had the dates we needed and the availability. I can honestly say it was clean tidy..I have an OCD of cleaning and there was one hair I found that was all.. it's exactly how you would want it to be. I can not say a bad word about this hotel it was spot on for us. One member of staff who checked us in was absolutely lovely... they should proberly mention that if your paying with cash you have to give them a £50 deposit which you get back when you...

Very friendly staff, nice big room (called falow), excellent breakfast, excellent evening meal staff very helpful sorting out a taxi for us, the room was warm due to heatwave so needed to keep windows open so we did notice some noise from the kitchen fans but this could not be helped. Very good car parking. Overall an excellent 2 day visit and would highly recommend.
