"The room was very spacious with a great en-suit toilet that had a good size shower cubicle ( I’m I bit big around the belly ) their was a smart tv that I could log on to my Netflix if wanted to or YouTube etc plenty of usb sockets to charge my phone snd headphones , the staff were very pleasant snd helpful would stay again if in the area in the future. "Great hotel but been overcharged by£135 very easy to resolve but two very frustrating calls with the receptionist sent proof of overcharge and still said NOT asked 8 times to talk to a manager he said no manager so asked to talk to someone else and refused two calls over 1.5 hours still refused saying no one available again again and again absolutely terrible service and charged £405 when Expedia quoted £270"
