"Zimmer vorab im Onlinecheck ausgewählt => aus Erfahrung ein Zimmer, welches am weitesten vom Aufzug entfernt ist. Leider beim Checkin das Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug erhalten - mein ausgewähltes wäre nicht mehr verfügbar. Dadurch wurde meine Nachtruhe immer wieder durch Gäste gestört, die sich teilweise lauter (nach Weihnachtsfeier) unterhielten und laut lachten während diese den Aufzug verließen... Beim Frühstück hätte ich gerne einen Artikel vom Frühstücksmenü bestellt. Leider war kein...
