"Hotel was great but AC was not working at all. Room was very hot. Staff was aware but said nothing at check-in. No amenity offered for the inconvenience."

"The hotel was conveniently located in Little Tokyo and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Altstadt. Nearby bakeries were a great find as the hotel breakfast was overpriced at 27 Euros. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Rooms did not have shampoo or conditioner, staples in any hotel. No mini fridge either, however there was an abundant supply of bottled water. "

"The hotel was fantastic but the bar did close very early each evening. There were lots of options nearby to eat and drink though. Hotel staff were excellent!"

"We arrived a bit early, but we were welcomed and had our rooms well before check in. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hôtel as it’s centrally located. "
