Staff were lovely but the room was very dirty (hairs everywhere in the bathroom and the bedroom itself with dirt marks on the wall by the bin). The shower head holder was broken both in terms of height and direction, it totally fell down so you had to hold it yourself to take a shower and the cold tap stays lukewarm at all times.
Aircon worked and it was not noisy at all on a Saturday night which was great and the location was fantastic. Appreciate this hotel is a bit of a cheap and cheerful find and we only stayed for one night so it didn’t spoil our trip or anything, but at a minimum the shower should be functional and the room should be clean.

The property is nice, what you see in the pictures is what you get. It is closed to restaurants and bars, but i am giving them an overal low rating because I prepaid to hotels.com and then i was told by the B&B they never received payment from hotels.com and had to pay them.
