(507 reviews) The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend staying at this place. It's like a boutique hotel, four stars and it's right by all the shopping and by the marina for the cruises. So you're right by everything. You can literally walk everywhere. I give this a hotel a 12 out of 10\. If you want to experience things there just talk to them. They will get you the right drivers and everything we went to a little place called Monreal. Our driver's name was Luigi and he was fantastic. If you can get him as a driver while you stay there definitely ask for him. Thank you for making our honeymoon, 5-year anniversary, and birthdays amazing! (35 reviews) The three managers/assistants I met are wonderful. They are always offering assistance and guidance. Quite outgoing and friendly. All of their information provided was accurate and quite helpful. This is not a hotel; it is a collection of six bedrooms, some expanded into "junior suites" that are quite adorned and fresh. The floor is further a mix of dining rooms and sitting rooms. It is someone's home, and you certainly feel at home. The bed was comfortable, but don't count on having anywhere to perform any meaningful desk work with a laptop. Speaking of which, I have a new model iPhone and had very limited success with wifi connection. I went to several restaurants, bars, a couple of museums, and had no problem connecting to a wifi system. Good news: I didn't need wifi at the time my stay. But, if you need to stay in touch, beware. The advertised photo is misleading as indicating that there is a front entrance to the apartments (there are six total). You enter from an unmarked door on another street/alley by pressing a button and hoping that there is someone on the other side of the button to let you in. If they are busy, you wait. If it's raining, you wait. There is no reception until you are permitted to enter the first door, climb two flights of stairs to the main foyer, where you are received. They provide assistance with your luggage up and down and enter into your assigned room. Breakfast was a treat, as were all other services provided, and always with a smile.
