Poor help with getting a early morning taxi almost missed our train
Front desk attendant and security could not get us a taxi so a stranger helped us 😡

This place is fantastic! Right by the Avatar peaks, with stunning views. The pools are so refreshing, the breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle is a huge plus. The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. 10/10 would stay again!

Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's ...
