The room I stayed on the second floor was completely remodelled. It was perfect! Very comfortable bed, linens and shower, and quite spacious. Breakfast wasn't bad but there could be more choices for the western taste. The hotel is suited right opposite of the cableway so it’s easy to get to. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices including local food and continental breakfast to select from. What I liked the most is the friendly staff, they personalized the stay and welcomed us with night time red bean soup and also warm ginger tea even when we already checked out (it was rainy). There’s tea and biscuits in lobby to enjoy. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small.
