Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Room is spacious, clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, comfortable pillows, good shower water pressure, and the buffet breakfast is a must!! The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Clean room and hotel was convenient for my short stay. Staff were very professional, warm and responsive and I would like to make a special mention of the young gentleman who helped me when I had issues connecting to WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and patiently helped me to identify why I was unable to connect to WiFi. He made me feel valued as a customer and it is staff like him that really make a stay memorable and I am very grateful. Great location near Cable Car Station. I highly recommend this hotel
