Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. Whenever we had any questions or concerns about the tickets (wherever we were) they were always answered my phone. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful the room was clean with good hot water for a bath after a 16 hour flight. We changed rooms and my wife left her purse in the room unknowing, while getting settled in the new room their was a knock on the door. The housekeeper found her purse and returned it, the purse contained credits, ID and several hundred dollars all which were there. Genreally speaking refill is not good enough; except for Chinese food. items like bread, fruits, milk and etc easily finish. Don't argue with the Chef also for hot fried eggs. He makes a lot of them and put them on the table to be warm. The hotel is clean and nice and beautiful and room spacious enough.
