"Our visit was very good. We made a room with a veranda and looked over a beautiful lawn. All the staff were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend it."

"Upon arrival to the hotel we were immediately impressed by the grounds and the buildings. The car park is big so there is no worry about finding a space in which to park. The Reception staff were very friendly and checked us in without any issue. All staff were helpful and courteous in dealing with us during our stay. Our room was spacious, well equipped with tea /coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a tower fan which came in useful during the warm nights. The bathroom was clean and tidy. There was a decent buffet breakfast with both hot and cold options, and the food was replenished frequently. We visited the Sports Bar for food and drinks whilst the Qatar v Switzerland game was on, service was friendly and fast. We enjoyed a carvery meal on the Sunday evening, again the food was hot, plentiful and delicious! We enjoyed a couple of drinks at the The Deers Hut pub which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Great atmosphere there too. We made use of the swimming pool, which thankfully, was warm. Towels are provided so no need to bring your own. You can get locker keys by swapping your room card. Definitely a place to revisit."

"What an amazing place! Absolutely beautiful place with magnificent gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though we checked in a bit early. The room was a decent size and comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and water provided. The shower room was lovely and spotless with small soap and gels provided. My only gripe was the 2 cleaners talking unnecessarily loudly eaning the room next door at 8.30am. I wanted a lie in but was rudely awoken by their noise."

"Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. It was a relaxed and very comfortable way to spend 24 hours catching up with my sister. The only down points we found were that we could not open the balcony door even after a strong member of staff had done so and we felt they badly needed a garden designer to I prove the central garden area. They said that the regular gardeners would be coming in but we felt that to really make the most of that area it would need designers and some investment."

"Great location. Checkin was very friendly. The room was nice but the finish wasn't great - needed some maintenance. Things like the taps were badly peeling, the shower tray was heavily stained which makes it feel unclean. Bed was comy enough and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was nice this morning and 12pm checkout time is great!"

"Excellent hotel with fantastic service throughout our stay. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, but a special mention to Tyler, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with a lovely selection to choose from, and the pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained. Our bedroom was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and the bed was so cosy that I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it each morning. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return."
