"Nice hotel. Spa is good unfortunately the pool was very cold and steamroom broken. Rooms were okay but need a referb, especially the bathrooms. Water stations along the corridor with still and sparkaling water was a nice touch, would be good if they came out ice cold rather than tap temperature. Plenty of parking on our stay. Breakfast was as you expect. Overall, for the price a good stay."

"I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they could have moved me or not.) On previous stays I’ve woken up at 7.30am to the noise of pickleball being played loudly in the sports hall. This last stay would potentially put me off coming back. It wasn’t a one off so I don’t think I’d want to take the risk again."
