Laguna Hotel

"The hotel to me had a great feeling and the staff were professional and friendly. Parking was excellent. And location toward Westbourne was much better in my opinion as easy access to shops and lovely walk down The Avenue to front etc. lovely period side of the area. The hotel is a little dated and reflects a similar interior to other more traditional seaside hotels. Yes it needs some fresh sealant on baths and perhaps the squeaky floor boards need some work but the overall feel outweighed those bits. Some guests need to learn how to close a door quietly at 6am. I do think a walk round with a screwdriver would solve some really basic issues (and happy to elaborate off record). The pool was fine. I forgot to look at gardens which are i think one of largest a hotel has in Bournemouth area. And you could walk into bournemouth almost down through ‘bournemouth gardens’ which are actually lovely. Despite negatives the positives were great and thank you. May not be walkable to front for some but there were bus stops. Despite being near overpass it was actually really quiet. Food looked excellent but i didn’t eat as breakfast started too late at 8am for work and trips."

"To park at the hotel you need to book through a link they send you. No food served eg breakfast or dinner but loads of places nearby."
Best Western Weymouth Hotel Rembrandt

"Pleasant staff on arrival. Room adequate and clean.Communal carpets need a hoover.Bar is quite expensive which I suppose you expect within a hotel,Service with a smile might have been nice.If you want to use pool or gym extra charges which is alot extra especially if you had a family.Hotel is open to General public so Carvery was very busy,no parking at busy times like this,which is a bit unfair for residents. Buffet breakfast was a good selection.For the price we paid was perfectly acceptable stay."

Village Hotel Bournemouth

"What you’d expect from a Village hotel. Clean, convenient and busy. Food offerings were basic and fairly pricey, bar was busy and with plenty of sports shown on the array of TVs. Hotel is conveniently located between Bournemouth and Christchurch and has good capacity. Regrettably they have no secure bike storage and don’t permit them to be taken to rooms."
