However, given the price point, and this may have more to do with the excessive Vrbo fees, we were expecting a bit more in terms of the quality of the amenities. An IKEA bookcase, budget appliances, older TV, all fine if the price point came before the fees. With that said, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. "
