This property combines two adjacent 3-storey homes, creating a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom space ideal for groups and families. Please note that you’ll have full access to both townhouses, as they are next to each other within the same complex. • The ground floor features an open layout, connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying drinks and snacks in the afternoon sun. Please note one townhouse has the Dining area on the top floor with a balcony. Please note the 3rd floor of one house has the Dining and living room area. Spread across three storeys, these properties offers comfort, convenience, and space for 10 guests. Expect professionally laundered linens and towels on incredibly comfortable bedding, ensuring a 5-star luxury experience. Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. As soon as you enter our apartment, you\`ll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we\`ve put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
