This property combines two adjacent 3-storey homes, creating a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom space ideal for groups and families. Please note that you’ll have full access to both townhouses, as they are next to each other within the same complex. • The ground floor features an open layout, connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying drinks and snacks in the afternoon sun. As soon as you enter our apartment, you\`ll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we\`ve put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
