"Overall very good. Lots of cruise guests at this hotel, they organized taxis for everyone that needed, worked well. Walking distance to bus and train stations. Next to large mall, which shuts down earlier than you would expect (coming from North America)."

"Lovely hotel, spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast tasty and freshly prepared. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."

"We had an excellent 2 night stay. It helped that our room was at the back of the hotel because Lyndhurst high street is very busy. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had two very good meals. The staff were excellent, particularly Josh and Lucy who were both very friendly and attentive. Would recommend the hotel if you’re looking for somewhere in the centre of the town."
