The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend stay! The hotel property was beautiful, clean, and full of greenery. The staff was super nice, friendly, and welcoming.
The food was very good, and we were especially happy with the breakfast and lunch buffets. We spent most of our time at the beach and absolutely loved that they offered covered cabanas free of charge — such a great perk!
Our room was always spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable.
Another thing we loved was that all of the restaurants are located in the same area/building, so there was no need to walk around trying to find somewhere to eat. It was so convenient!
And of course, I have to mention the ice cream shop — the crepes were SO good! 🍦🥞 We also loved having a separate coffee shop. I kept going back for the iced cappuccino with whipped cream! ☕️😍
The entertainment was also great! We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, the cabaret, and the fire show 🔥. The only thing I wish they had was more theater shows and entertainment throughout the stay because we really enjoyed the performances and would have loved to see more.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. 10/10 hotel! ❤️

"Room was very dirty with bedsheets, towels and shower curtains with brown and red stains. Also hairs on the bed from previous guests. When mentioned the staff changed this which was good. But the next night the ‘fresh sheets’ this time had yellow stains all over them, but we were too tired to complain ..."
