This 4,500 square foot penthouse sits on an entire floor features 18 foot open vaulted ceilings, authentic loft feel, 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and is perfect for families, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are truly unbeatable!

Located on the top floor of a boutique loft apartment building with views overlooking the city and in the heart of Wicker Park, your penthouse sits on the entire floor with ultimate privacy, sleeps 18+ people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated events. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room, seating area, dining room, and chef's kitchen, all connected uniquely across one large open space, creating a one of a kind environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.

Your spacious living/seating area/dining room combo is decorated by a local designer with fun modern contemporary furniture and features a large sectional, accent lounge, seating area with four accent chairs, dining table for 14+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and record player for entertainment.

Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with brand new gas powered ranges, oven, refrigerator and freezer, large island, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.

This one of a kind designer loft penthouse comfortably sleeps 18+ people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed and sleek full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature queen/full beds, while the last bedroom has two full over full bunk beds.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped after every stay and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are swapped with brand new linens for each stay. The unit is stocked with fresh towels for you and your guests.

Overall great place to stay

The building is within reach of downtown Chicago, with stores nearby. Overall, the place was clean and set up upon entry. This is a great place to stay for groups of 10-20.

Great for a wicker park stay with a big group

Very big common space and plenty of beds for guests. Worked perfectly for our group of 10 girls. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Would book again!

Perfect Spot for Joint Bach/Bachelorette Trip!

This apartment was perfect! It was a perfect size for 13 people! The living area was huge, bedrooms were the right size and all 13 of us had the best time. The Wicker Park neighborhood had all of the shops/food options we needed! Will definitely be back!

Great stay in city!

Loft was beautiful and well appointed! Great amenities and space for our family of 8 to spread out and relax. We had grandparents and small kiddos with us so it worked well to be able to walk everywhere in vicinity! Parking permits made spots nearby easy to find. Hosts were great but sometimes weren’t immediately available to reply to questions, however this had little impact to how great of an overall stay we had. Lots of stairs so just something to be aware of if you have elderly guests or lots of items to bring/up and down stairs.

Stunning urban loft apartment

We are a family of five from the UK and it was our first trip to Chicago. We couldn’t have picked better! The apartment is huge, tastefully appointed and located in a super cool Chicago neighbourhood. Most of our time was spent in the local bars and restaurants and downtown was just a short 15 minute blue line ride away. The hosts were very accommodating on some specific requests we made and responded within the hour when we had a persistent beeping smoke alarm (battery needed changing) that couldn’t be reached due to the height of the ceiling. Spectacular urban living space. Thanks.

Such a great location in Wicker Park. Next to tons of restaurants and nightlife and right off the blue line for easy access to ORD. The space itself was huge and impressive. Loved the vibes of the exposed brick and natural light.

The listing was exactly as advertised! The common space is HUGE which I did not expect so that was an awesome surprise. Plenty of space for a large group. Overall a great stay and would stay again!
