Our room was very outdated and needed repair. Our friends had a very nice room so I think it just depends on if you get the renovated rooms or not. The location was nice and the rooftop was great.

The entire hotel needs a total redo (not just paint). The drapery pulls don't work, no fan in the bathroom, all wood in nicked... on and on, no headboard, patches on most things. They need to totally gut each room. The photos on the website are from about 20 years ago. It's now a Hyatt, so things should improve. The staff was great!!! front desk, restaurants, coffee shop, house keeping, all 5 stars.

I appreciated the drink vouchers to the roof top lounge. The roof top has nice views of the lake and city. The area feels safe. The Lake is walkable. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was clean.

This hotel was nice and clean. Idk what others were saying in comments. Other than our tv isn’t working, all was good. Room was clean. A/C was working. We weren’t in our hotel for most of our time in Chicago so we didn’t care much. Staff were nice. Coffee at the reception was good. I’d book again if I ever go to visit Chicago.

Loved everything about the hotel with the exception of the coffee shop in the lobby. They never had anything. No decaf espresso beans, no pastries, limited sparkling drinks in cold case. On the second day, it was the same thing. The barista actually referred us to a coffee shop around the corner! If I was hotel Lincoln, I would be careful recommending the coffee shop if they’re going to be so ill prepared. The restaurant in the lobby is a different story! What a great place to eat. Service was great with helpful staff and great food. M6 son who lives nearby (reason for trip) didn’t 3pm know the restaurant was there, but he does now. Very pleased with the restaurant! Thanks again for a great weekend

I loved where this hotel was located. It was convenient to get to most places and the Ubers weren’t too expensive. The restaurant located inside the hotel was great. Happy hour was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was very nice and gave us bottled water whenever we asked for it. Elevator was a bit old and at times the door was finicky, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was very helpful. The roof top bar had good drinks, and great views. The location was perfect for us. We were there to go to a game at Wrigley field. The bus was right across the street, and took us right to Wrigley
