The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. "

"This is about 30 minutes outside Florence but a really cool, quiet location! It was nice to be outside of the cities and take a break from the crowds. The hotel had a ton of amenities and the staff was super nice. You would need a car if you are staying here (unless you want to pay for cabs), there is free parking though. "

The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer! "Ooh this was such a pleasant surprise - The interior pics don't do it justice - the rooms were great, the location was beautiful. It's right at the mountain top close to Florence - I went to 7 cities in Italy with my family, and this was my favorite because of the wonderful stay. The dining menu was limited and that's the only thing they needs improvement but the breakfast was great."
