"When my wife picked out this unit, I had reservations because it is downstairs. Despite being downstairs, there are views of the Cheticamp harbor from 2 bedrooms and it is extremely well furnished, including dishwasher and washer/dryer, well designed and well maintained. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Additional pluses include a storage shed—we kept our bicycles there, it’s walking distance from several good restaurants and two venues with live music.
