"We were greeted by mark on arrival who checked us in his customer service was excellent showed us up to our rooms and explained everything with a full compliment of snacks left in our room.The rooms were spacious and cleaned meticulously. We went to the bar restaurant for food and drink and the staff food and service were excellent.we thought Charlton would be quite isolated bet we were mistaken plenty to do with lots of other restaurants and pubs around the area.I will be booking again to stay...

"Room very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk, orange juice and water, and good quality teas and coffees in room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed a lovely meal at the pub downstairs."

"The location is great whether you're driving or arrive via train or other transport. The property has an amazing layout and the room was very generous and well equiped. Would definately recommend a stay here. The only thing the hotel needs to keep on top of is the overall cleaniness. There were cobwebs and some of the surfaces where not thatvwell cleaned (possibily an isolated incident). Would still recommend a stay, as this is still a very good hotel to stay at. "
