"Danny at the front desk was amazing, helped us emmensly. Susanne at the spa was THE BEST, amazing customer service and info. Salvatore at the bar and breakfast was awesome as well. Overall, great spot to stay for business or pleasure. The only downside was they were working on their elevators so we had to take the stairs a few times due to elevators being crowded."

"Clean room, lovely bathroom room with toiletries. Room has all you need like mirrors and plugs and nice bedding and towels. Location is amazing and at night they lock the doors so very safe. Free coffee and there’s a good bar downstairs. Helpful staff who held our bags before our train home for us so we could enjoy the city. Always stay here when we visit "

"All the staff from guest check in to bartenders were friendly, polite and helpful. High service level enhanced the ambiance of the hotel overall. Rooms clean, love the faux fireplace on tv, room felt cozy, quiet. Lobby also very comfortable and cozy. "
